We went through my apartment renovation plans in detail, I received several good tips for adjustments, and it was clear I was dealing with a professional who knows what he is talking about. I have so far renovated three apartments with Roďan rekonstrukce and everything went superbly, from communication through to execution. Throughout, I could consult on progress at any time and have requested changes incorporated immediately. I will turn to this company again whenever the need arises.   As part of converting a 1990s brick holiday house for permanent living, RODAN insulated the attic with a non-standard build-up designed by the architect, added to the ceiling framework on the ground floor, laid OSB flooring on it, and tied in and finished the walls, plasterboard and floors. Several years on, everything is still 100%. I also appreciate the quick dealings without any hidden extras. Value for money compared with the other contractors involved in the renovation: excellent, and the quality was clearly TOP.

They also had to break down an internal wall to make two new rooms. It was a big job.
